About the Journal

It publishes articles with research results regarding the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and other related disciplines, without geographical, ethnic, religious or sexual distinctions.

The Revista Cubana de Obstetricia y Ginecología, starting with volume 50 in 2024, implements the system of continuous publication of scientific articles written by Cuban and foreign authors. The journal will publish in a single annual volume, without issues, which will reduce the length of stay of approved manuscripts. Continuous publication makes it possible to give visibility to articles that have completed the editorial process, without the limitations of periodicity and in a more immediate manner.
