Abstract

Introduction: Risk the maternal cardiovascular constitutes an indicator of maternal fetal health.
Objective: Determining risk factors and risk maternal cardiovascular.
Method: It was carried out an observational, analytical, longitudinal and retrospective, series of cases investigation from the consultation of integral evaluation of pregnant women of the area of health César Fornet Fruto in Banes, province Holguín during the period may 2021-2022. The universe comprised 421pregnant women evaluated in the consultation. For simple random sampling, was obtained the 190 cases. Criteria of inclusion applied exclusion themselves. The following stadigraphs were used: Chi-squeare test, Odds Ratio (OR), included p and confidence interval. The variables analyzed included: age, risk factors, risk global cardiovascular.
Results:The age groups 20-24 years, less than 20 years and 25-29 years, the most representative worked out. Risk factors, obesity (65,7 % X2=37,8 OR=3,7 CI95 % (2,4; 5,6)) and hypertension (27,8 % X2=74,2 OR=0,1 CI 95% (0,1;0,2)) they expressed highly significant association for risk cardiovascular in pregnancies. The presence of two risk factors (50% OR=1 CI 95% (0,6;1,5)) predominated. Risk global moderate cardiovascular (44n% X2=4,2 OR=0,6 CI 95% (0,4;0,9) p≤0,04) and height (36,3 % X2=28,4 OR=0,3 CI 95% (0,2;0,4) p≤0,00) they obtained the loftiest more values.
Conclusion: The pregnant women showed moral values of risk moderate cardiovascular and height to predominance of the risk factors obesity and hypertension.
