The ovarian location of ectopic pregnancy is a rare but possible event and on the rise. We present the case of a patient who comes in with little symptoms. The ultrasound diagnosis of the entity was made and supported by a positive pregnancy test. Then emergency laparotomy was performed, which proved that the right ovarian pregnancy was not complicated.
